HARRISBURG, Pa. (April 23, 2013) – People looking for an easy way to decide which Capital BlueCross health insurance product is best suited to their personal needs only have to visit the company’s website at capbluecross.com to quickly figure it out. Capital BlueCross recently launched a plan comparison tool that allows people to review details about the company’s multiple product offerings while they are listed side-by-side. Two or more products can be compared at one time.

From there, site visitors select one of four statements that help to define their personal benefit needs, such as “I need health care regardless of my health history.” Their selection will guide them to tailored product choices, including Medicare products for those who are eligible. The last step is to simply click on “Compare” next to the products they want to measure against each other.
Once a person chooses a product for their coverage, they can also click on “Take an Action” to request a quote, apply for coverage, print the product highlight sheet for future reference, or even go back to finish an application they previously started. All of these services are offered while using the plan comparison tool.
