Capital BlueCross ascends to No. 3 globally on Training Magazine’s list of top companies

            HARRISBURG, Pa. (Feb. 19, 2014) – Capital BlueCross has ascended to No. 3 globally, up from No. 10 last year, on the Training Magazine annual list of Top 125 companies for employee training. Training Magazine is the leading business publication for learning and development professionals and publishes the only report that ranks company employee training programs worldwide.
