Capital BlueCross Earns Global Recognition for
Excellence in Employee Training
Company inducted into Training magazine’s Training Top 10 Hall of Fame
Harrisburg - Capital BlueCross has been inducted into Training magazine’s Training Top 10 Hall of Fame for continued excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. The health solutions and insurance company earned the honor after ranking in the Top 10 of the magazine's Training Top 125 for four consecutive years.
Training magazine’s Training Top 10 Hall of Fame recognizes organizations around the world that demonstrate outstanding, effective, long-term workforce training and talent development. Hall of Famers are considered thought leaders in the training industry.
“Capital BlueCross’ CEO and our executive team believe our future success hinges on investing in a learning culture with targeted development curricula for all of our employees,” said Steve Krupinski, Capital BlueCross senior vice president of human resources. “We are honored to be recognized once again for our commitment to training and talent development.”
Training magazine’s extensive Training Top 125 application is scored both quantitatively, by an independent research company, and qualitatively, by Top 10 Hall of Famers and Training magazine’s editor-in-chief. Attaining a Top 10 ranking is a significant achievement and doing so for four consecutive years is a stellar one.
“Each year in the Training Top 125 application, Capital BlueCross consistently demonstrates its dedication, passion, and commitment to training — and has the results to show for it,” says Training magazine Editor-in-Chief Lorri Freifeld. “Capital BlueCross utilizes innovative methods to deliver training and engage learners; links training to the achievement of corporate strategic goals; measures the results; and, most important, details the business impact of training throughout the organization. We welcome Capital BlueCross to the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame and look forward to sharing the organization’s learning and development insights and expertise with our readers.”
Capital BlueCross was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Training Top 125 Gala, held during the Training 2017 Conference & Expo Jan. 30-31 in San Diego, CA.
