Guest payment center

The guest payment center allows you to make a secure one-time premium payment or pay on behalf of a member without logging in.

If you’d like to view invoice history, set up autopay, or manage payment details, log in to or register for your secure account, then visit the member payment center. Please note these features are available within the account of the member who receives the bill, not dependent or spouse accounts.

To get started, use the form below to enter the first nine digits of the member ID number — found on the front of the ID card or invoice (beginning with 8 and excluding any letters) — along with the billing ZIP code. Please allow a few moments for the form to load.
