Use our provider finder to make sure we have your most current information about your practice.

You can submit changes through NaviNet®. Complete the Provider Information Exchange forms on the Capital BlueCross Network Resource Center. Register  or sign in  to update your information.

If you are a non-participating provider, call Customer Service at 866.688.2242.

Change requests may take up to 30 business days to complete.

Contact your Provider Relations consultant to help with these changes:

  • Mergers/acquisitions

  • TIN/EIN changes with a W9 entity

  • Adding new products or additional services

  • Existing providers establishing a new group
