Where can I get my secure message?

If you got a text message from us on your phone or tablet, click on the link in the text. It takes you to our messaging service, Capital Blue Cross Loop, where you can view the message.

If you got an email from SecureMail, click on it and be taken directly to your message.

Where can I find my explanation of benefits (EOB)?

View your EOB for any claim in your secure account.

Where do I sign-up for paperless EOB?

If you are a subscriber, sign up for paperless EOB in your preferences.

How do I opt in to all of your communications?

Easy. Sign up for our communications in your preferences and text capbluecross to 73529 to get our Capital Blue Cross Loop text messages.

Taxes and other documents

Where do I find my 1095 or other tax documents?

That depends.

If you have your own plan with us, you can find your current year’s tax documents after February in your secure account.

If you have an employee plan, contact your company’s HR department to help you.
