What is DigiBite?

DigiBite is a teledentistry app that provides a variety of dental services with licensed dentists without the office visit. DigiBite can be downloaded on your smartphone or tablet, and provides consultations, follow-up care, and more.

How does DigiBite work?

  1. Download the DigiBite app to your mobile device.
  2. Register, complete an oral health questionnaire, upload any supporting documents and photos (if applicable), and then choose the type of visit you want. You can access a live video consultation right away or submit a request for an offline virtual consult, typically scheduled within 24-48 hours.
  3. During your visit or consultation, you could receive a preliminary diagnosis or a second opinion and a full visit report.
  4. After your visit or consultation, you will receive a personalized treatment plan and report within 48 hours. This may include instructions to engage an in-network provider for in-person follow-up care as needed.
  5. If there’s any cost share, you pay it in the app at the time of service.
